If you are unable to make your scheduled charter or need to cancel for any reason, you must give at least 48-hour advance notice before the time of your charter to receive a full refund of your deposit. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or rough seas, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit within 10 business days. The captain has the final say with cancellations due to weather-related issues.
